Some actions need to be taken - meetings, discussions, demonstrations, rallies, whatever. I lernt that eco-NGOs only pointed to the problem and didn't suggest doing anything to try to prevent it. Anyone, any idea wheather anything is being done regarding this?

I've been through Alaverdi, it seems like a nice area but sadly it's easy to see the polluting plants. I mean that's better than Vanadzor, where absolutely all the plants are closed and the place is desolate, but it seems like the Teghut mine will be an ecological disaster. Something needs to be done.
