Among the participants was also the team representing Save Teghut movement. The movement is a coalition of individuals, NGOs and youth activists who stand for protection of Teghut forest in Armenia’s Lori region. The forest is at a threat of being cut down in favor or copper-molybdenum mining. The team competed in olympic distance course with two participants - Samvel (bike, run) and Arshak (swim).
